FESTIVALS

Where Culture Wears Its Finest

Ojude Oba 2026

Capturing the pride, elegance, and stories woven into every procession of this century-old tradition.

The Ask

Capture Ojude Oba beyond the colour and fashion: the history, identity and generational pride behind one of Nigeria's most recognised heritage events.

The Story

For KAVITAH, Ijebu-Ode comes alive each year in honour of the Awujale of Ijebu land: Regberegbe age-groups, horse riders, and families in a display of unity and elegance.

The Craft

Our approach was documentary photography and portraiture balancing heritage with a contemporary visual language, across a scale few festivals match.

The Impact

A cultural archive that extends the festival's reach and reinforces Nigerian heritage on a globally relevant stage.
